Cobalt Lock Axiom
Only Tier 3 Cobalt drop from Mining, at x3 final, with Tier 1 and Tier 2 disabled.

How it works
While active Mining only drops Cobalt. That drop pays a x3 final multiplier, and the Tier 1 (Copper Ore) and Tier 2 (Iron Ore) resources stop dropping.
Rules
- You lose all Tier 1 and Tier 2 volume from that skill, which is most of its drops.
- The x3 is its own final multiplier, so it lands after every increased and more bonus and never dilutes.
Good to know
There is no XP penalty on the item lock axioms.
