Wealth

Every item has a base wealth value. Wealth is what caravans carry and what your payout is measured in.

What wealth is

Every item carries a base wealth value. Wealth decides a caravan's payout and how much time each item adds to the trip. Trade levels and the Increased Wealth node raise the wealth of the items you send. The board below shows base values before any bonuses.

Wealth to Azurite

A returning caravan pays Azurite equal to 10% of its buffed wealth. Example: 1,000 wealth returns about 100 Azurite.

Wealth to Trade XP

A returning caravan also grants Trade XP equal to 9.75% of its buffed wealth, before Library and other XP bonuses apply.

Wealth to time

Each unit of wealth adds 1.485 seconds to the caravan timer before any timer reductions.
