How they drop
The eight roll at about 1 in 3,000 actions in their home skill. Farming rolls once per 2.2 crops, Trade rolls with more frequency the more unscaled wealth a caravan carries, and Kingdom rolls on each production tick.
Trinket tools and the Brand
Engraving Kit, Engraver's Chisel and Engraver's Rasp join the global drop pool at Account level 70, about 1 in 3,250. Engraver's Brand drops at Account level 75, about 1 in 20,000.

Consume them with a click-and-hold in the Consumables panel. Every use adds its bonus permanently.
