Free Processing
A chance for a processing action to consume no materials while still granting output and XP. Capped at 65%.
Stat stacking: bonuses apply to a stat's base value. Additive bonuses are 'increased' and add together against the base. Multipliers are 'more' and apply on top of the others. Bonus output is 'generate'.
